Our second visit to Rose Cottage and plan to return again.  We couldn't ask for more.  Perfect cottage, host, location and hot tub.  Many thanks again.

Everything about the cottage was very good, it was lovely and clean, we had everything we needed and it was very light and spacious yet comfortable.  We loved the soft blankets in the upstairs bedroom and the loft is a great space to relax in.  The hot tub was extremely relaxing - a real luxury.  Great central location , close to lots of attactions.  Recommend the Castle, the Zoo and the open top bus tours, also the Royal Yacht.  All in all a lovely stay, thank you.

Had a great time and weather has been fantastic.  Camp fires in the woods, deer roaming and swings.  Brilliant!  Cottage lovely with almost everything we wanted (no BBQ!).  So much to see and do, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Loch Lomond, Linlithgow, Castle superb.  Findlay friendly and most helpful.  Disappointed to be going home so soon.

Very cosy and well equipped cottage!  Linlithgow so central and near so many attractions.  Just great!!.  Used your hot tub every day; very luxurious.  Best holiday ever.

Super holiday - more than we had expected.  Great place for kids who enjoyed the woods, swing and hot tub.  Great for trips to Stirling/Edinburgh.

Accommodation was really good.  Surprised at the equipment provided.  Very clean, location good.  A good family place to stay.  Kids old and young enjoyed the trips to the woods for the bear hunt.
