Availability and Prices

All of our stone-built cottages are light, airy and spacious with wooden floors and doors throughout. The cottages come fully furnished, including bedding and towels.  Each cottage contains a dishwasher (with tablets), microwave, washing machine, flat screen television and DVD player.  We aim to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible! Each cottage has 2 or 3 or 5 bedrooms and they all have a mezzanine with separate seating accommodation. The master bedroom in each cottage is en-suite and there is a separate family bathroom. Dining for 8 people is situated beside the kitchen area.  Each cottage has a wood-burning stove and a basket of logs provided. The cottages all have WiFi. The cottages each have their own grassed area, outside lighting, picnic table, barbecue and hard paved driveway. A welcome basket containing some goodies is provided on arrival. Rose Cottage has a four poster bed and all of the cottages each have their own secluded hot tub.

The deposit is up to 40% (it can be a smaller deposit if the booking is a long way away) and the balance is due not less than 6 weeks before arrival.  We accept most major credit and debit cards (not Amex).  Cheques should be made out to Williamscraig Holiday Cottages.

Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am approximately.  Please note that a booked date is from 4pm and departure is from 10am unless agreed otherwise.  Prices are for 6 people - there is a charge of 10% per extra person per week for more than 6 people.

AS PART OF OUR ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE POLICY WE ASK YOU TO PLEASE BE THOUGHTFUL AS TO LEAVING LIGHTING OR HEATING ON UNNECESSARILY. 
OUR LOOS HAVE DUAL FLUSH TO REDUCE WATER CONSUMPTION. 
RECYCLING FACILITIES CAN BE FOUND IN LINLITHGOW. 
PLEASE DO NOT DROP LITTER OR LEAVE GATES OPEN IN THE COUNTRYSIDE, 
AND RESPECT THE RIGHTS OF THE LANDOWNERS.
