The cottage is situated in an elevated position in the heart of Scotland with stunning panoramic views of the open countryside and is only a couple of miles from Linlithgow, handy for shops and restaurants.
The cottage is located at Bowden Springs Trout Fishery, about 2 miles west of Linlithgow. From the A706 turn left when you see the fishery sign, follow the little lane up to the fishery and then the cottage is on the right.
